It does not drop from a mob. For more info and screenshots, click here. Potion: not applicable. Daewain Level: 5 Type: frog Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Connacht: 47.4k, 30k Daewain has been moved. He now spawns on top of the bridge near Basar, at the west end. Unfortunately, his new location lies in the path of an NPC guard who kills him almost immediately after he spawns. Morty Level: 10 Type: frog Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Lough Dergh: 23k, 22k Morty is a rare spawn in a hill toad camp near Mag Mell. Directions: From Mag Mell, walk south a short distance. If you go straight south, the camp will be on a hillside on your right. The camp is located between the blackthorn grove and the nipper grove. If you come to Murdagh, you've gone too far. Potion: minor herpetology. Bristle Level: 12 Type: badger Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Lough Derg: 18k, 55k Bristle roams in the vicinity of 18, 55. Some people think you can make him pop by wiping out the nearby camps at 9, 47 and 12, 50. Potion: lesser mammalogy. Red Level: 15 Type: single pixie Hib Old Lands Connacht: 29k, 16k Red turns into a square trophy board with a single tan pixie on it. He is an anger sprite that spawns in a grove of trees southwest of the entrance to DF. You have to kill all the other sprites in the camp before he will spawn. Bertha Level: 15 Type: boar Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Lough Derg: 61k, 40k Bertha is a dinner hog at the curmudgeon camp in southeast Lough Derg. Warning: You will get adds at her camp even if you are solo, because the hogs and handlers in her camp are linked together. Directions: From Ardee, take the horse to East Lough Derg. Walk west past the hill. Turn right and walk south to the curmudgeon camp. Potion: lesser mammalology. Glare Level: 16 Type: single pixie Hib Old Lands Bri Leith: Caille Glare turns into a square trophy board with a single tan pixie on it. She spawns only if you are doing the Lysagh's Problems quest. Talk to Gemma in Tir na Nog to get it. The quest gives a ring with 2 power, 4 int. Potion: lesser avian. Stinky Level: 16 Type: badger Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Silvermine Mts.: 20k, 15k Stinky is an easy trophy to get. He respawns quickly after you kill him. Directions: From Ardagh, walk southwest a short distance to the first hill. There's a stone circle and a mob named Glom on top of it. Cross over the hill. Stinky is on the slope of the hill on the far side. Optional: The Sad Formorie quest requires you to kill Stinky. Potion: minor mammalogy. Geirshnae Level: 21 Type: cockatrice Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Cliffs of Moher: see link Geirshnae is the smallest cockatrice trophy in the game. He's reputed to be very rare, but he's actually easy to find if you follow the instructions on the linked page. For more info and screenshots, click here. Potion: lesser avian. Hondrund Level: 23 Type: cat Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Silvermine Mts.: 36.5k, 48k Hondrund is a rare spawn that turns into a beautiful light gray floor trophy resembling a lynx. If you can find him, he'll be at the south end of the long hill that forms part of the east shoreline of the lake in Silvermine Mountains. Hondrund stands alone on his part of the hill; there are no other mobs near him. Directions: From Howth, go south along the lake to the bridge and cross it to the east. Then follow the shore north until you come to the hill that forms a long section of the eastern shore. Hondrund is on the south end of that hill. If you reach the sheevra swordsmen and skirmishers on the shore, you have gone a little too far; turn right to the hill and follow it back south a few steps to where it begins. Potion: lesser mammalogy. Cubby Level: 24 Type: badger Compare sizes Hib Frontier Mount Collory: 45.9k, 21.4k Cubby is the smallest badger trophy in the game. He's found at 45.9, 21.4 in Mount Collory. He sometimes follows a sett protector as he roams. Three other trophy badgers (Gualach, Mathair, and Scuab) spawn nearby, but they are higher level. (Prior to version 1.70, Cubby was found at 24, 48 in Mount Collory.) Potion: lesser mammalogy. Scar-nose Level: 26 Type: badger Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Silvermine Mountains: 48k, 22k Scar-nose spawns on the east side of the lake in Silvermine Mountains, just north of the long hill that forms part of the shoreline. There are a few other badgers there as well as spragonnales; try killing them to make Scar-nose pop. Directions: From Howth, go south along the lake to the bridge and cross it to the east. Then follow the shore north until you come to the long hill that forms a large section of the eastern shore. Climb the hill and walk north on top of it along the lake. Scar-nose's camp is next to the lake a little past the north end of that long hill. Potion: major mammalogy. Rainbow Sprites Level: 32 Type: 4-on-a-board pixie Hib Frontier Cruachan Gorge: 52.5k, 30.8k Rainbow sprites come in four varieties, each of which turns into a different color trophy. They occasionally spawn high enough to con green to 50. They are found at 52.5, 30.8 in Cruachan Gorge. For screenshots, click here. (Prior to version 1.70, they were found at 13, 27 and 5, 16 in Cruachan Gorge.) Potion: major avian. Dodger Level: 33 Type: badger Compare sizes Hib Frontier Mount Collory: 25k, 15.5k Dodger spawns by himself on an uneven patch of ground in Mount Collory. Look carefully because he may be hidden in a small hollow or behind a low hill. There are a few torcans nearby. (Prior to version 1.70, Dodger spawned at 4, 57 in Mount Collory.) Potion: major mammalogy. Lashold Level: 33 Type: wolf Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Bri Leith: 11k, 59k Lashold is a rage wolf that spawns in southern Bri Leith. He's reputed to be extremely rare, but you can kill him whenever you want if you know the trick. Here's how. Go to the place where he spawns: 11, 59. Kill all the mobs in the immediate area: faerie drakes, fee lions, rage wolves, and faerie steeds. Within a minute or two after you've cleared the area, several mobs will pop near 11, 59. One of the new mobs will probably be Lashold, but if not, repeat the process. He will almost certainly appear within the next two or three spawns. Warning: Lashold is often linked to a second wolf. When you pull one of them, both will attack you. Directions: From Druim Cain, take the horse to Tir na mBeo. When you see the guard tower, jump off the horse. Potion: major mammalogy. Gualach Level: 34 Type: badger Compare sizes Hib Frontier 46k, 22k Gualach is the rarest of the five badgers in Mount Collory. You may have to kill setts at his location for hours to get him to spawn. Gualach and Cubby are located very close to each other. It's possible for both of them to be up at the same time. (Prior to version 1.70, Gualach was found at 56, 57 in Mount Collory.) Potion: major mammalogy. Klzkizk Level: 35 Type: mantis Compare sizes Hib SI Vale of Balor: 49.4k, 20.3k Klzkizk is ridiculously easy to find. He stands motionless right outside the town of Aalid Feie, and he repops every few minutes. Kizkizk was introduced in game version 1.64. Potion: major carnivorous. Faewren Level: 38 Type: cat Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Connacht: 61k, 7k Faewren is a lynx-like cat that turns into a gray floor trophy like Hondrund. He's difficult to kill because he appears for only brief intervals and then gets erased by the server. In order to kill him, you have to wait for him at the place where he spawns. Directions: From Druim Ligen, head east along the zone wall to the northeast corner of the zone. Wait near location 61, 7. When Faewren spawns, a broadcast message will appear in your chat window: "Faewren lunges out of the trees and attempts to attack a pookha." If you fail to kill Faewren, he will disappear shortly thereafter and a second message will appear: "Faewren satisfied with his meal, returns to the mountains." Potion: major mammalogy. Scuab Level: 38 Type: badger Compare sizes Hib Frontier Mount Collory: 47.7k, 13.5k Scuab is found at 47.7, 13.5 in Mount Collory. Three other trophy badgers -- Cubby, Gualach, and Mathair -- are located nearby, so you might want to get several at the same time. (Prior to version 1.70, Scuab was found at 15, 17 in Mount Collory.) Potion: major mammalogy. Kriszixk Level: 39 Type: mantis Compare sizes Hib SI Vale of Balor: 43.4k, 22.2k Kriszixk is ridiculously easy to find. He stands motionless right outside the town of Aalid Feie. Bignose Level: 40 Type: boar Compare sizes Hib Frontier Cruachan Gorge: 25k, 59k Bignose is found at 25k, 59k in Cruachan Gorge. (Prior to version 1.70, he was found at 9k, 4k in Cruachan Gorge.) Potion: major mammalogy. Tiendora Level: 44 Type: single pixie Hib Old Lands Lough Gur: 22k, 54k Tiendora turns into a square trophy board with a single "white" pixie on it. (White pixies are actually light blue.) Tiendora is one of dozens of fairies that fly in a cloud above a well near the south zone wall of Lough Gur. The fairies con blue, yellow, and orange to 50. The Melancholic Fairy Queen spawns in the same camp and also drops remains. Potion: greater avian. Coirmirceoir Level: 46 Type: cockatrice Compare sizes Hib Old Lands Cliffs of Moher: 21k, 41k Coirmirceoir looks pretty much like a giant chicken. He turns into a very large trophy. He spawns at the stone ring with vehement guardians in Cliffs of Moher. To make him pop, kill the non-named vehement guardians. Warning: when you attack him, every mob in the camp will come after you. They con mostly blue with some green to 50. Directions: From Tir Urphost, go south and a little bit west down the slope and across the grassy plain until you see the ring of stone pillars. Potion: greater avian. Mathair Level: 46 Type: badger Compare sizes Hib Frontier Mt. Collory: 49k, 17k Mathair is found at 49, 17 in Mount Collory. Three other trophy badgers -- Cubby, Gualach, and Scuab -- are located nearby, so you might want to get several at the same time. (Prior to version 1.70, Mathair was found at 19.5, 15.2 in Mt. Collory.) Potion: greater mammalogy. Xcrzrk Level: 46 Type: mantis head Hib SI World's End: 22k, 33.5k Xcrzrk stands just outside the walls of the faction town of Krrzck. You'll find him on the southwest side of town at the base of the guard tower. He turns into a mantis head trophy. (Don't confuse a mantis, which is an insect, with mantas, which also turn into trophies. Mantas are fish.) Directions: From Necht, take the road northwest along the coast. Follow it all the way to the center of World's End. Shortly after you cross the river, you'll see the town on your right. Potion: greater carnivorous. Furor Level: 48 Type: skeleton Compare sizes Hib Frontier Cruachan Gorge: 30k, 40k Furor is found on a barren patch of land among various types of undead warriors. He turns into a life-sized floor trophy. He's a corybantic skeleton. Directions: From the village in Cruachan Gorge, walk south across the bridge. Head southeast to the barrier. Follow the barrier to the south until you come to a milegate on your left. Pass through the milegate and walk east to the four leafless trees. (Prior to version 1.70, Furor was found at 36, 43 in Breifine.) Potion: greater carnivorous. Irusan Level: 49 Type: lion Compare sizes Hib Frontier Mount Collory: 8k, 13k Irusan is one of the largest trophies in the game. He's a megafelid, a giant lion. He's found at 8, 13 in Mount Collory. (Prior to version 1.70, Irusan was found at 53, 8 in Mount Collory.) Potion: greater mammalogy. Bilal Level: 50 Type: manta Compare sizes Hib SI World's End: 45k, 5k Bilal is a flying manta ray that turns into one of the largest trophies in the game. He is part of a huge flock of mature skimmers that is supposed to fly in a complex pattern up and down the river in World's End. When the skimmers are moving properly, you can wait anywhere along the river for Bilal to pass. However, the skimmers frequently get stuck in a holding pattern off the upper part of the east coast of World's End from about 55, 35 to 55, 10. If this happens, you should kill most of the skimmers in the holding pattern and then wait for Bilal along the river. The best place to wait is probably in the ocean at the mouth of the river close to 45, 5. You'll need a ranged attack to pull the skimmers since they fly overhead. They occasionally call for help. The non-named skimmers con blue/yellow to 50. Bilal cons yellow/orange to 50. Bilal seems to respawn every 45 minutes or so. Potion: greater herpetology. Melancholic Fairy Queen Level: 51 Type: single pixie Hib Old Lands Lough Gur: 22k, 54k The Queen turns into a square trophy board with a single blue pixie on it. She is one of dozens of fairies that fly above the well in Lough Gur. Unlike the other fairies, she remains directly above the well and cannot be pulled away from it. She spawns with guards who surround her. Both the queen and guards vary widely in level, ranging between yellow and purple to 50. For more information about her camp, see Tiendora. Potion: greater avian. Chief Amanita Level: 53? Type: terracite Hib Catacombs Underground Forest: 22.6k, 23.8k Chief Amanita is Hibernia's terracite trophy mob. Type: unique Hib Chapter 2 Dungeon Bres is the boss mob in Chapter 2 of the Hib champion quests. He turns into a wall trophy. Click here for screenshots and more information. Nkosi Level: 60 Type: manta Compare sizes Hib SI Cothrom Gorge: 12k, 12k Nkosi is a devil ray, one of the flying mantas that flap their wings tirelessly over a small lake in the northwest corner of Cothrom's Gorge. The camp usually contains about a dozen non-named devil rays which are red/purple to 50. Since they are airborn, you'll need a ranged attack to pull them. Nkosi has an aoe nuke; the non-named devil rays do not. These mobs BaF. It's safe to swim in the lake or stand on the southwest bank. Directions: From Grove of Domnann, take a horse to Grove of Aalid Feie. Walk north on the road. After log bridge, continue north. After entering Cothrom Gorge, pass hill on left. Then turn left and walk west along south zone wall of Cothrom Gorge until you reach west zone wall. Then turn right and walk north along west zone wall until you reach the lake. If you hug the zone walls, you will reach lake without encountering aggro. Potion: greater herpetology. Taman Level: 62 Type: badger Compare sizes Hib Frontier Emain Macha: 9k, 36k Taman is a levian. He turns into the largest badger trophy in the game. He's found at 9, 36 in Emain Macha. (Prior to version 1.70, Taman was found at 9, 45 in Emain Macha.) Potion: greater mammalogy. Type: gargoyle Hib Catacombs Deadlands of Annwn: crypt Winged Terror is a gargoyle who flies slowly around the crypt (the architectural portion) of Deadlands of Annwn in Hibernia.
